*General Information*

We offer a variety of shipping options, including Standard, Second Day, Next Day, and Saturday delivery. We do not offer Sunday delivery. We cannot guarantee Monday delivery, as weather conditions sometimes prevent us from shipping over the weekend. Martins Chocolatiers is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions or delays by our couriers as result of busy festive periods.

Our daily order cut-off is 1 PM UK time. Orders placed after 1 PM, will calculate as if the order were placed the following day. For example, if an order is placed with Next Day Delivery on Monday before 1 PM UK time, the order will arrive the following day, which is Tuesday. If an order is placed with Next Day Delivery on Monday after 1 PM UK time, the order will arrive the following business day, which is Wednesday.

Shipping options include:

- Standard Shipping will arrive within 2-4 business days. You may select a future arrival date up to 1 year in the future. With this option you may select a date range only, and your order will arrive any day of the weekly range selected: Tuesday-Friday.

- Next Day: If you place your order before 1 PM UK time on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, your order will be shipped the same day for arrival the next day. If you place your order after 1 PM UK time, your order will ship the next possible business day. Orders placed after 1pm UK time on Thursday will ship out the following Monday for arrival on Tuesday. NOTE: Due to the perishability of our product, we do not ship over the weekends for arrival on Mondays.

- Saturday Delivery – we are pleased to offer guaranteed Saturday delivery in most areas. Orders must be received by 1 PM UK on Friday in order to arrive the following Saturday.

Special Shipping: £10 for Set of 12 Strawberries, each additional Set of 12 Strawberries is only an additional £5 in shipping fees, valid for additional units of strawberry orders shipping to the same shipping address, and valid on up to 4 sets. To ensure freshness, all Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries must be shipped using the Next Day or Saturday Overnight Delivery shipping methods. Daily order cut off is 1PM UK time for delivery Tuesday through Saturday. To ensure freshness, we cannot deliver on Sunday and Monday. Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries cannot be shipped to PO Box.
